Centralised ERP Deployed

The first step was to deploy Odoo ERP as the central platform to unify all critical functions – from operations and sales to billing and fleet management. This eliminated data silos and ensured all departments worked on a single, synchronized system.

Sales and CRM Automation

Next, the CRM module was implemented to automate the sales cycle. Lead capturing, follow-ups, and sales tracking were streamlined, giving teams full visibility into the pipeline and improving response time to customer inquiries.

Field Service Management

A field service module was configured to manage daily trips, workforce shifts, and task assignments. Real-time dashboards were added to track ongoing trips, team availability, and operational status, reducing manual coordination issues.

Fleet & Equipment Tracking

A fleet management system was integrated to monitor vehicle health, usage, and maintenance schedules. Equipment deployment tracking ensured each asset’s history and performance were logged, preventing downtime and missed services.

Invoicing & Custom modules

The final phase focused on automating invoicing using trip logs and service data, ensuring accurate and timely billing. Additionally, custom modules were developed to align with the client’s unique operational flows – covering shift planning, trip records, and equipment tracking for complete operational control.
