Process Analysis
We thoroughly examined existing hospital workflows, doctor schedules, patient
appointment patterns, and clinic coordination methods. By identifying
bottlenecks such as double bookings, incomplete patient records, and manual
allocation errors, we established a clear roadmap for process improvement and
system automation.
Centralized Scheduling
We developed a unified calendar system that integrates all doctors across partner
hospitals. Doctors can set their availability, while admins and reception staff can
view all slots by specialisation and hospital. Real-time alerts notify both doctors and
patients of upcoming, ongoing, or rescheduled appointments, significantly reducing
missed consultations and improving patient allocation efficiency.
Patient Record Integration
We consolidated complete patient data, including past consultations, medications,
surgeries, lab reports, and treatments, into a single platform. Doctors now access
comprehensive histories in real time, allowing faster, more accurate diagnoses and
personalized treatment plans. Historical data is also used to identify trends and improve
preventive care recommendations.
Online & Offline Booking
We implemented a dual booking system that supports both online and offline appointment
scheduling. Patients can book online by selecting hospital, doctor specialization, experience,
and consultation charges, or they can book offline at hospitals. The system automatically
validates doctor availability, updates calendars instantly, and sends confirmations to all
stakeholders, eliminating conflicts and manual errors.
Clinic & Doctor Management
We created an administrative interface for managing clinics and doctors efficiently. This
includes onboarding new clinics, adding doctors, assigning specializations, setting
consultation fees, and tracking commission fees for patient bookings. The system also
generates performance reports for clinics and doctors, helping management make informed
decisions.
Ambulance Booking Module
We developed a real-time ambulance booking feature allowing patients to schedule
immediate or future transportation to hospitals. The system identifies the nearest available
ambulance, confirms the booking, and sends notifications to patients, drivers, and hospitals.
Post-service, the system logs trip details to maintain accurate records and improve
response times.
Notification & Alerts
We implemented automated alerts for appointments, cancellations, rescheduling, and
critical patient updates. Doctors, patients, and hospital staff receive timely notifications,
reducing missed appointments by over 30% and improving coordination across
departments. These alerts also help in proactive patient engagement and better hospital
